What are the delivery charges?
Country-wide India delivery will be free over a particular order value.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. We do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within 48 working hours. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery is between 2 to 12 days depending on the geographical distance and number of working days.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
Product’s availability.
The destination to which you want the order shipped and the networking of our delivery partners
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by us?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on little-turtle.co.in. The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you would pay.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for some orders?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
“Little Turtle” cannot ship to my area. Why?
Whether your location can be serviced depends on:
- Whether we can ship to your location.
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
The availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We understand the value of your time, effort and comfort in making purchases and have therefore mentioned the cancellation & refund policy.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from a Seller, Company has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If the order has been canceled or refused after a credit card has been charged for the purchase, Company will issue an immediate and full refund for the transaction amount to the credit card charged.
Cancellation By Site / Customer
We are sure you understand that this is about children’s books and hence we give a window of 5 working hours to cancel the order once placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post 5 working hours.
Return & Refunds
Books once delivered cannot be returned.
Although we take the utmost care to send books in the best condition, there is a possibility of damage while in transit. We will be happy to accept the return of packages in case you have received damaged books. In case the books reach you in damaged conditions, you must intimate customercare@little-turtle.co.in within 24 hours post-delivery of the product as shown by shipment tracking code. Any notice given post 24 hours from delivery shall not be entertained.
The customer must return us the package through courier and provide us with the tracking code and name of the courier agency.
Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days.
